Most effective weight loss diet?
Need an efficient one that will have me keep the weight off.. gotta lose alot.

Can someone make a weight loss/ diet program for me.?
I am 13 years old and I am fat heavy. I was wondering if someone could please tell me what to do to lose weight. You know just tell me how much i need to workout and what foods i need to eat and when i need to eat the foods. I'm going through puberty if that helps with this situation. I don't care about " intent" results, i just want to lose 20ish pounds in 5 months or 6 months ish. Please help.

A good Weight loss diet?
I am 14 and i am 76kg with a height of 173cm. I am not obese and carry the weight OK but i would like to loose somewhere around 20kg. I dont want a diet that is unhealthy, and i dont want a superfast one, but i would like to have the weight off by christmas. I already do a ton of sport thats not the issue, it's the food. Is there any free online diet plan that works and would be good for me?

Where am i going wrong in my weight loss diet?
Iv been trying to loss weight now for around two months and not really much has changed.I run 3 5 times a week between 3 4.5 miles or occasionally 7 miles each time that around running a marathon a week sometimes If i feel a slight strain in my leg muscles on a day I walk instead or walk instead of driving.I drink 3 pints of water before each meal, almost daily. I have a three meals a day breakfast 200 300 cal lunch 500 700 cal evening meal 500 800 calI have cut out alcohol the last 3 weeks and still nothingI have a physically demanding job and on my feet for over 8 hours a dayIm 5 foot 11 and a wide build, I can run longer and faster than most people I know. I weight 107kg, My ideal weight is around 85 90kg, what else should I be doing? I have lost almost nothing in this time. It not turning to muscle in my legs as I have always had muscle there and its not changing or growing

Jus so u can eat good, with out any taking pills and stuff. Gain muscle if and when workin out at the gym
