A good Weight loss diet?
I am 14 and i am 76kg with a height of 173cm. I am not obese and carry the weight OK but i would like to loose somewhere around 20kg. I dont want a diet that is unhealthy, and i dont want a superfast one, but i would like to have the weight off by christmas. I already do a ton of sport thats not the issue, it's the food. Is there any free online diet plan that works and would be good for me?

Where am i going wrong in my weight loss diet?
Iv been trying to loss weight now for around two months and not really much has changed.I run 3 5 times a week between 3 4.5 miles or occasionally 7 miles each time that around running a marathon a week sometimes If i feel a slight strain in my leg muscles on a day I walk instead or walk instead of driving.I drink 3 pints of water before each meal, almost daily. I have a three meals a day breakfast 200 300 cal lunch 500 700 cal evening meal 500 800 calI have cut out alcohol the last 3 weeks and still nothingI have a physically demanding job and on my feet for over 8 hours a dayIm 5 foot 11 and a wide build, I can run longer and faster than most people I know. I weight 107kg, My ideal weight is around 85 90kg, what else should I be doing? I have lost almost nothing in this time. It not turning to muscle in my legs as I have always had muscle there and its not changing or growing

Question about weight loss diet and excercise?
ok so i have been living a healthier lifestyle for a little over year now and have lost about 60 lbs from 350 down to around 285, now i went to lose another 40 lbs and get down to around 250, i have lately about a week ago really kicked into healthy mode again after the holidays i cut back on it quite a bit, and didnt gain weight but i also wasnt eating my best or excercising daily, i do a power walk with slight jogging on my treadmill for about 1 mile everyday and it usually takes me around 16 minutes to 18 minutes, today i also did that and did 60 crunches, my question is, for the past 3 days i ate very little, yesterday in total, i had a couple of pretzals, a caesar sallad and a breadstick from sbarro, and a ice cream cone from mcdonalds, i would have to say that that definitely wasnt 2000 calories, but i felt very tired, and didnt lose any weight, so im worried that i am starving myself, today i ate a stouffers french bread pizza, which is around 500 calories, and thats all i have eaten so far, should a 6 foot 280 pound man be eating like this, i feel very lethargic, to even do anything alot because my body feels like im shocking it everyday, and i feel pretty good right now, but yesterday i had headaches, and was lethargic.
