I thought it was just more quackery from the world of fitness, but then I checked out pubmed and found out that this stuff has been scientifically tested and green tea groups did lose more fat than control groups. I know that water retention adds water weight, that's not what I am interested in. I am interested to know that if you have extra water weight say from a medium to high sodium diet or from something like creatine supplementation will that impede your ability to lose weight fat overall?

Ok I am not FAT, just, fat... body fat % is 16.5 %I want to lose the rolls of belly fat I have, but crunches and stuff take too long and I do have muscular abs, they are just covered with a layer of fat..So, since I love working out my legs, if I focus mostly on legs while working out squats, lunges, leg press, etc , and pay light attention to core... Im starting to work out now and i want to lose fat yet also gain some muscle...i was wondering if it is possible that lets say for example eating a high protein diets on monday and lifting weights on monday THEN on tuesday eating a low calorie diet and doing cardio.. if this method would be effective?If not any other suggestions or ideas would be welcome

Hi, I'm 18 and I'm 5'3'' and I weigh 200 lbs. I would really like to lose this weight, I've started working out on the treadmill, burning around 600 kcals, but it hasn't really been working. I've started managing the foods I eat and not eating out as much, and I'd really like to lose this weight before prom, and I'd continue after as well. hello everyone, at 16, 5 ft 11 on new year i thought it was time i shed the belly and the moobs. i completely changed my diet and cut out all the fat foods, all the fizzy drinks. til this day i've drunk nothing but water, i've used portion control, had my 5 a day of fruit each day. it's been going well and i feel a lot healthier. from 1st of jan to today 6 mar ive gone from 13 stone 1 to 10 stone 12 and i am pleased with that. however, the belly and the moobs HAVE shrunk, but they are still there. i just want to know which exercises are appropriate for toning, or if i have to continue losing weight.i'm happy to work with everything and i feel great. thanks.
For maximum fat loss and fat burn: Should you lift weights on days you eat more or on days you eat less?
I'm seeing improvement in my bodyfat percentage. So I'm realizing it's about eating a lot one day and not eating as much the next day. Now, with Strength training how should I go about it? On the days I eat more should I lift weights or on the days that I eat less lift the weights to continue lowering my bodyfat? Thanks people, Bodybuilders it will help me out a lot too as well.

Along with a healthy meal plan and 3 4 days of exercise a week.
