Need help or ideas on how to lose body fat?
ok i've been trying to lose body fat but so far it's not going good i've cut down on everything I exercise eat fruit and other healthy things. I'd like to lose about 20 or 30 pounds I weigh 200 and i'm 5'11 need any ideas or any other excercise. i'm not big on running but i'll do any upper torso exercise but will run if i really need to.
Tips on how to lose body fat and gain muscle?
I am 18 years old and i am 6ft and weigh 190lbs. I am trying to lose body fat. I exercise a lot but dont seem to be losing weight. I think it is the way i eat, even though i dont each a lot of sugar or fast food, i have a problem with over eating. Does anyone have any tips on how i can change this?

Anything like counting calories or watching calories would help. I weigh roughly around 190, I want to lose between 10 15 pounds within like 2 3 months if possible. I wanna lose that much weight, but get more slimmer by getting the body fat away. Mostly the stomach beer, lol . I stopped drinking sodas, don't each out as much as I use to, I don't eat chocolate or candy anymore. But when I eat, I do eat, you know. But any suggestions or push in the right direction would help out. Thanks.Oh, and I honestly won't stop drinking beer on the Fridays and Saturdays, so don't say that a lot... LOL.ok, i prefer if there were no websites put in that i would have to pay or crap like that. just somebody either putting their 2 cents in about how to watch what i eat or to get on some type of program that doesnt have to pay for.
Suggestions on how to lose body fat?
I've been lifting with Crossfit for about 1 month with limited cardio 20 40 min a week of high intensity running and 2 3x Crossfit a week . I eat pretty well no fast food, fish chicken are my only meats, no soft drinks but have the occasional junk food booze binge. I'm 6'3" and 205 lbs. So, I want to drop body fat percentage. Should I just focus on more cardio and keep my food intake the same? Should I drop caloric intake and increase cardio? I don't want to drop calories too much otherwise I won't put on muscle. Sensible plans please no Acai BS.

Ok I'm trying to lose body fat because I'm pretty buff looking wide shoulders, masculine muscular looking thighs , and that's not attractive for a girl. I've been doing an average 300 400 jumping jacks a day, but just recently I've had muscle soreness on my calves and upper arms. It lasted for about 2 and half days. I'm worrying that this muscle soreness is actually making my body gain muscles, which I do not want. I'm trying to lose body fat and hopefully making my body toned. I think in the past, I had no clue about exercising so I just did whatever, thus creating muscles over fat > buff looking body > .> Is there a more efficient way to lose body fat and not gain muscles? I want to get toned and slender, not buff and manly. > .< Do not want answers involving acai berries, diet plans, I so happen to eat 3 meals a day with fruits and veggies. Do not want answers involving buying anything of any sort. I already have a jump rope but I don't want to use it because it keeps hitting the ceiling and it's raining outside. Do not want typical, vague answers like " Exercise more, eat less" Well duh, I'm already exercising , and what do you mean eat less? Eat 2 meals a day? Oh and I'm 14 yr. old, 123.5 pounds, 5 feet. How to lose Body Fat for 6 pack without looking too skinny?
I have tried several times to eat healthy, do cardio and lift weights conistently in hope to look defined and possess a set of beach worthy abs. However, when i start losing weight and begin to see the Abs starting to show, everyone comments on me looking sick and that my face looks skinny. But I really havent lost many pounds and the abs dont even fully shoe yet. What should i do ?

How to lose body fat, and not build too much muscle?
Hello everyone, I am 21 years old, 6' 4, and at the moment I weigh about 225 lbs, about... 25 of that is probably fat, a little more maybe. basically, i need a program that will just allow me to lose the body fat, and not gain too much muscle. I just want to be thin, lean, and toned. I go to 24 hour fitness, where at the moment, I do the elliptical with the ramp at about 3, and the resistance at about 7 or 8, and do that for 15 minutes as hard and fast as I can consistently keep going, so I average about 2 miles on Mon, Wed, and Fri. On those days, I also just hit the 24 minute quick workout part, where you get a full workout of all your muscles, i do 20 of each at a weight that feels appropriate, followed at the moment by 50 lbs on the bench press, 20 reps, and then two machines that work the inside and the outside of the legs. So what is the answer? More cardio? I have enough trouble as it is completing those 15 minutes. I have also heard doing it hard and fast sprinting will help you burn more weight because your body is not holding onto those calories, but using them up when you need it. have also heard light weight, with more reps will do it, but wont that just build MORE muscle because they are getting a better workout? My diet is healthy, and I eat within a calculated amount appropriate to my body weight, full of the different food groups, light on any, if at all, trans fats, no fast food. I do eat carbohydrates, breads and pastas much, but being so tall and so heavy, I have to have that energy to keep going seriously, if you think its easy being so tall, put on some platform shoes, and then throw weights on your shoulders to get up to my weight . Heres hoping someone knows the answer, thank you in advance Just because it was mentioned on here that I am not doing anything for my body, i felt a few more specifics needed to go in. I can do a set of 20 pushups, yes, but bench pressing I am just not great at, and can only do about 50 lbs safely without hurting or overexerting myself. My figures for weight machines usually hover between 90 125 for upper body, and between 175 220 for lower body.Also, once again mentioned, I do NOT want to do body building. I am looking for a Lithe, lean, toned self, not a muscle bound testosterone driven man's figure.

I am a 150 pound boy, I want to get abs, to do that I have to lose body fat and do ab exercises, I have been running on and off for the past few months and been doing ab exercises such as bicycles, crunches, and oblique ups. Im at around 18 % body fat and my goal is to get down to about 10 13 %. I have been a vegetarian from birth. I weight train 2 times a week, play 2 baseball games every saturday, and i have 1 cardio day were i either do intervals or do long distance whichever i feel like doing at the time . Ive been doing it for a couple of weeks and ive seen no change.
