Does anyone know how to burn fat in your arms and stomach, but keep it on your butt?
I just recently sighted a prom dress I am going to get, and it fits me perfectly in my hips and butt, but its a strapless, and I'm self conscious of my arms. I was just wondering if how I could burn fat in my arms and abs while keeping it on my butt.

i dont get it ? i work out almost everyday from monday friday n i havent lost any weight this year. Im 5'11" and weigh 216 lbs. Last year i weighed about 260 lbs, lost about 40 lbs so i ended up weighing like 225 lbs. After 2 months later i lost only about 10 lbs or less so now im stuck 216 for over a month and cant lose any more weight.I eat salads just bout everyday xcept for weekends. I work out for an average of 2 hrs jog 1 3 miles and do some weight lifting etc. So i dont get it what am i doing wrong??? Is there some kind of secrets only trainers know or what??? I wana lose about 30 lbs of fat in 3 months and then worry about muscles. whats the big secret??? .one more thing i 4got to mention i even take fat burners pills to burn fat and still not working

In my career, I spend a lot of time onstage singing, so one would understand why I want to keep an eye on my weight. I'm 20 years old and about 5'6" . According to charts, I'm not overweight I'm right where I should be for my size and age. I do have some areas that could use a bit of work though, which I'm more than willing and able to do I just need the right suggestions.GOAL To burn fat and build lean muscle, but overall, I just want to stay healthy.1. What kinds of foods are best to eat while trying to stay in shape? What kinds of foods should I avoid?I know cutting down on the sugar and eating more vegetables will help, but I'd like some answers from someone who knows what they're talking about, has been there, gotten results, and isn't trying to sell me something. But sorry, there is no chance of me becoming a vegetarian. 2. I have an Ab Lounge, and I've started using it again. Besides crunches, what are some other techniques to build and tone muscle for the whole body, without acquiring a bulky physique? I'd like to stick with lean, more " girly" muscles, I guess. lol3. I know that to get the best results, I have to not only build muscle but BURN FAT which is key. What are some at home exercises I can start doing that will get my heart rate up? What kinds of specific aerobics moves, number of repetitions etc.? I'd walk around town more, but it snows here until March or April. Any answers will be appreciated, as long as you're not being mean or creepy. Thanks I've also heard that increasing the amount of water that you drink every day will help with your weight control. I already know it keeps you hydrated and helps clear your complexion, but is the weight thing also true? Well basically Ive been fit most of my life, im 17 atm about 2 years ago I started gaming alot and i've gained a wee amount of weight not ALOT but its just like a layer of fat over my muscle lol I used to be one of those skinny athletic guys with like no body fat gaming changed that and I recently quit gaming and was wondering if working my same muscle groups everyday will help me lose the fat and keep my muscle, I know that in order to build muscle I must heal but im not focusing on building muscle im trying to lose the fat I have. and I know that running endurance will make me lose the fat but im def not gonna run I just wanted a simple answer to if I work out my abbs arms chest everyday in mah room if I would lose this fat and start gaining a lil muscle endurance
