Hi, i needa loose my belly fat and my thigh fat by march 13th. im using it every day. heres my plan: Monday, Wed, Thurs, Sun : (two at a time) Tummy Overindulged Mind and Body Legs and Hips Hips Arms Figure (any three training plus games) (20- 30 Jacknives) (Free step, Free Hula Hoop, Free Run - 10- 20 min.) Tuesday, Friday, Sat.: (one at a time) Tummy Overindulged Mind and Body Legs and Hips Hips Arms Figure (any three training plus games) (20- 30 Jacknives) (Free step, Free Hula Hoop, Free Run - 10- 20 min.) is that enough? im 54- 55 kilograms and 14 years old. |
