I'm 5'7, 160lb. My arms and legs are fairly muscular, but I've had flab on my stomach for as long as I can remember, and more lately, some flab around my chest area. more or less, early stages of man boobs, shamefully , but my stomach is my main concern, I'm really starting to gain some fat now and it's looking really pathetic from my point of view. So I need advice to lose this before it's too late.I've recently started running on a treadmill on a fat burning program that sets the time to 20 mins and variates in speed and incline to warm you up, starting working you out, then cools you down.I'm not looking for abs but I'm looking for a point to where there may be an outline, or a good amount of fat gone, any other advice?Please no advertisements to websites, I need good advice.

Basically what im trying to do, is get cut, get a six pack, and get bigger all at the same time. I am trying to burn body fat and get cut. What I usually do is play basketball for 2 3 hours 4 5 days a week. I also lift 4 5 days a week. What worries me is that i dont know if taking protein will allow me to burn some of my stomach fat. I have friends who take protein who have become really bulky and thick. I want to slim down some fat, while getting bigger in overall size. I just dont want to turn into a big buff guy, i just want to be cut and toned while being bigger. thanks

im trying to burn some body fat so my abs are visible again, im skinny, and this is what i do each day 10 15 nutri grain toast and peanut butter12 15 tuna in springwater yoghurt2 15 sandwich with lettuce,tomato,salami,ham and onion4 15 whey protein shake6 7 whatever mum cooks for dinner10 whey protein shakeive been doing this most days, but have noticed my abs are becoming less visable and stomach more flabby, but im still really skinnyin between 2 15 4 15, i do my physical acticvity which i do every dayi swim in pool, its about 8m long, and i do 25 laps of freestyle with just arms, 25 laps of breastroke with just arms, 25 freestyle with arms and legs, 25 breastroke with arms and legs, it lasts about 20 minutes, and i dont have breaks in between.and on mondays, wednesdays and fridays i workout on pecs, biceps and tricepsand tuesdays, thursdays saturdays i do abs, calves and quadsim just concerned if im doing enough cardio with the swimming to burn fat, should i be going for runs too?and i never really get puffed out when i do the swimming, so should i try something else, any suggestions? thanks

I need some help with burning body fat?
Hey we'll here's my problem...I go jogging in the spring and summer, and I've lost alot of weight doing this. But now that Canadian winter has hit i cant go out for my nightly jog. I play hockey only twice a week and i need something else to do for the days im not playing hockey. Its way to cold to go walking. I'd rather stay in my house. Also i don't have any exercise equipment,or weights or anything. My goal is to burn fat off my stomach, and my thighs. Then tone my thighs and my stomach. I Dance,but not often enough for it to do much of anything but ido incorporate it into my night usually because i have nothing better to do I need some more suggestions. that wont fully kill me so my muscles dont hurt for hockey. But that will burn body fat. I dont want anybody telling me how to eat.. i know how to eat, i just need to know some easy, simple, and affective exercises i can do for the winter until nice weather comes back and i can go jogging again. My biggest issue is my stomach, thighs and butt. I need to shave off alot of weight still so please help me. thanks Im not interested at all in taking pills. and my parents wont let me anyways.
