when i graduated high school in 2000 i weighed 350,then dropped to 250 in college.since then, i got pregnant in 04, with twins, and went back to 275.i weighed between 260 255 since then,until 2007, i decided the only way i can change is if i want it.now im 155,. im happy with my weight but still have such a bellly.i do 30 min. of cardio walkingi every day, and 15 40 min of just body shaping dvds. wake up, eat breakfast, then workout.then workout again after lunch.ive read that its impossible to get incredible abs until you burn all your body fat.what are some tips for this??monday wednesday and friday i do upper body and core,and tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays i do legs and lower body.i eat every two four hours, and eat about 12 1600 cal days.monday wednesday and friday i do upper body and core,and tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays i do legs and lower body.i eat every two four hours, and eat about 12 1600 cal days.i drink oj with breakfast, and 3 5 bottles of water a day, and a glass of milk with dinner. i have no soda pop, and eat tons of blueberries.. i also read its best to eat a simple carb after you work out.

I'm 5'7, 160lb. My arms and legs are fairly muscular, but I've had flab on my stomach for as long as I can remember, and more lately, some flab around my chest area. more or less, early stages of man boobs, shamefully , but my stomach is my main concern, I'm really starting to gain some fat now and it's looking really pathetic from my point of view. So I need advice to lose this before it's too late.I've recently started running on a treadmill on a fat burning program that sets the time to 20 mins and variates in speed and incline to warm you up, starting working you out, then cools you down.I'm not looking for abs but I'm looking for a point to where there may be an outline, or a good amount of fat gone, any other advice?Please no advertisements to websites, I need good advice.

Is this a good plan to burn body fat?
I'm a 14 year old male and I weigh about 154 lbs and I'm about 5'5.I want to burn some fat around my stomach so I made a small plan that I hope works out. The following is five times a week Outdoor Walking normal speed, 48 minutes per day, 12 minute periods, spread out though out the day Treadmill Walking Slightly faster than normal speed, 30 60 minutes per day. Plus, every day I have a 72 minute gym class.That's it for exercise, now for diet. Basically I don't really eat much to begin with, so not much change here. All I drink is water with the occasional glass of orange juice or vitamin water, and I eat lots of fruit throughout the day. I don't eat as much fatty meats anymore, and I don't eat cheese. At all.That's the basics, and this has been going on for about a week. If I keep going with this plan will I burn body fat quickly? I would estimate I eat less than about 1,300 calories a day.
