What is a good fat loss diet while trying to pack on muscle? I really just want to lose the belly fat.?
I dieted and slimmed down dramatically. I started weight training four months ago. I started eating more taking creatine and protein. I do an hour of cardio four days a week and weight train three days a week. But my problem is my belly has come back. I still train hard all of the time. My pants are fitting tighter, my shirts don't fit as well either. Is this a sign of mass gain, or fat gain. Is it my diet? I pretty much don't follow any diet plan.

HIIT Pre & Post Nutrition for fat loss?
Im 18, 5'8'' and 140 lbs.i just started doing High Intensity Interval Training last week, 20 minutes 3 times a week.My main goal is solely to burn fat so that i can get my abdominal muscles to show and start having a more toned look. I dont want to drop more than a few lbs in overall weight though.But im really confused on how and when to eat with HIIT and also the best times to do it because i hear many different views.Most of the time i workout in the morning and i do some strength training just to maintain muscle.So considering my fat loss goal, should i do HIIT on an empty stomach in the morning and then eat afterwards? Or should i eat something before and after HIIT in the morning, and how long do i wait to eat?
What would be a better workout for fat loss?
Running 10 miles outside 5 days a week with weight workouts after here and there.orrrunning 6 miles on the treadmill then going to a 45 50 minutes cycling class then doing a half hour of weights?10 miles each session

Body fat loss through exercise and diet. tips please?
i am going through a stage of bulking up and putting on muscle, and as a result my usual cardio regime is limited. i am happy with this, since i am using my energy to build muscle.in a few months i want to lose fat again for the summer, but wonder what is the best way hopefully avoiding losing my muscle gains completely. i'm thinking high intensity sprint training i used to train 100m . are there any other tips anyone could give?i do occasionally like a takeaway so nothing too extreme, but any diet tips would be taken on board and self motivation is never a problem for me.

For a long time 30 min. hour will it be fine to eat what I like since I will be burning most of it off? Fat Loss/Muscle Gain - Workout Routine? Supplements? Help!?
Hi There, At the moment i'm exercising hard 3 times a week for 45mins 1hr, as well as doing 3 lots of light medium exercising with 1 rest day. My workout revolves around heavy bag boxing work, bench curl squat dumb bell weights work, stationary mountain bike riding and mundane stuff like pushups, crunches, jogging walking etc. I've lost around 10 kilograms so far and seemed to have put on a little muscle but i want to intensify the results i'm getting.Currently i take L Carnitine, Tribulus BSc Vandrabol and BSc LipoBurn Caffeine Stimulant Diuretic . I purchased Creatine Ethyl Ester but didn't like what i'd read about it's effect on the kidneys whether it's true or not, it spooked me . What i want to know is this What works best for stripping fat and adding muscle? Do all these Branch Chain Amino Acids & Supplements do any good? If so which ones would suit my goal? What workout routine would aide my goal of fat loss muscle gain?I eat healthy. no junk, and drink minimal amounts of alcohol, lots of water etc. I just want to up my energy levels and intensify my results. Any advice experience you have to offer would be appreciated.cheers in advance

To be precise, october January.My question today is, how long will it take for me, to visually see fat reduction results.I'll start off by what i've been doingI'm just under 6 foot. General Meal Plan Breakfast Hot Oats PorridgeMorning Snack Fruit 1 portion Lunch Wholemeal Sandwhich, generally plain wholemeal breadAfternoon Snack Fruit 2 portions Dinner Meat or Chicken w Pasta Rice Potatoes and others Evening Snack Fruit 1 2 Portions Yoghurt I tend to eat Potatoes Lettuce when I can, i'm not a huge fan of vegetables, I've tried to endure it but I end up throwing it all back up. I'm here on yahoo today as I'm uncertain.I've been working for around 3 4 months and i've yet to see a visible change.I have begun taking some acai supplements but I've only been using them for a short time 2 days I really just want to know when I will lose this stomach fat.I find myself feeling upset and depressed because of this.
