For maximum fat loss and fat burn: Should you lift weights on days you eat more or on days you eat less?
I'm seeing improvement in my bodyfat percentage. So I'm realizing it's about eating a lot one day and not eating as much the next day. Now, with Strength training how should I go about it? On the days I eat more should I lift weights or on the days that I eat less lift the weights to continue lowering my bodyfat? Thanks people, Bodybuilders it will help me out a lot too as well.

Ive been running 4 miles 60 minutes 3 times a week and lifting weights full body routine twice a week. I have lost a little weight over a couple of weeks.
