I know that water retention adds water weight, that's not what I am interested in. I am interested to know that if you have extra water weight say from a medium to high sodium diet or from something like creatine supplementation will that impede your ability to lose weight fat overall?

hello everyone, at 16, 5 ft 11 on new year i thought it was time i shed the belly and the moobs. i completely changed my diet and cut out all the fat foods, all the fizzy drinks. til this day i've drunk nothing but water, i've used portion control, had my 5 a day of fruit each day. it's been going well and i feel a lot healthier. from 1st of jan to today 6 mar ive gone from 13 stone 1 to 10 stone 12 and i am pleased with that. however, the belly and the moobs HAVE shrunk, but they are still there. i just want to know which exercises are appropriate for toning, or if i have to continue losing weight.i'm happy to work with everything and i feel great. thanks.

High protein diet & needs supplements to help increase fat loss & keep muscles. BCAA- branch chain amino acids?
I am a 37 yo female who is dieting and have been very sucessful thus far losing 30 lbs. I do high intensity aerobics twice a week, light weight lifting, yoga once a week and dance class once a week. I heard that since I am eating a high protein diet, watching my calories, and exercising I may benefit from BCAA branch chained amino acids They said it would help melt the fat off while keeping my muscle. Is there any supplement I can take in addition to what I am already doing to increase my results? Is it true about the BCAA?

Switching between high calorie and low calorie diets daily for muscle gain and fat loss?
Im starting to work out now and i want to lose fat yet also gain some muscle...i was wondering if it is possible that lets say for example eating a high protein diets on monday and lifting weights on monday THEN on tuesday eating a low calorie diet and doing cardio.. if this method would be effective?If not any other suggestions or ideas would be welcome

Does this diet sound ok? its with a fat loss/cutting workout routine.?
Breakfast 3 hard boiled eggs, 26 gm whey protein shake, multi vitamin.........morning snack 52 gm whey protein shake.....Lunch 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, 1 2 cup brown rice, 1 2 cup chopped broccoli..... 2 pm 26 gm pre workout whey protein shake, 1 hr workout, post workout shake 26 gm whey protein with 2 tbs of powdered gatorade , Dinner is what family eats moderately healthy and in small proportion...NO FAST FOOD , finally before bed 25 gm of casein protein. I was also thinking of taking a ripped fuel in the morning before breakfast, and one before dinner to give my metabolism a little extra boost. Info bout me 32 years old, male, height 6'1" , weight 230, 30 % body fat. Current goal is to lose 20 % BF and tone muscle..... Distant goal is to bulk build muscle , then cut lose fat while maintaining muscle in cycles. Diet will obviously change when current goal is met. Any advice?

Is this a good workout routine for weight and fat loss?
Hi everyone I'm trying to lose weight and fat primarily fat , but the problem is that I really, REALLY hate to get dressed and on the treadmill just to run for half an hour or so I need variety Which is why I enjoy yoga so much. So first, I was wondering if a yoga pilates based workout routine will be effective in my endeavor to slim down. Here's my plan so far Monday 1 hour yoga for abs core upper bodyTuesday 1 hour yoga for legs buttWednesday 1 hour cardioThursday 30 minutes yoga, 30 minutes pilates for abs core upper bodyFriday 30 minutes yoga, 30 minutes pilates for legs buttSaturday 1 hour cardioSunday restNote I don't actually have access to a gym, so I do all of this will be done at my house. The intensity of the yoga will be vigorous, done at an advanced intermediate level. In conjunction with this routine, I'd also be eating a diet of around 1400 calories per day.Will doing a routine that's primarily based on yoga give me a lean body?Thanks so much

ok so we recently got a treadmill a couple weeks ago and i've started jogging on it 6 times a week. anyways some days i can go like 2 miles without stopping and then sometimes i can only go like 1 4 of a mile why is this? i jog at the same time every day, and i've been jogging for like 2 and 1 2 weeks. also, i'm trying to tone my legs and make them slimmer. i'm eating 1,200 1,500 calories a day since i jog walk 3 5 miles. i really want to get rid of some leg fat, specifically on the back of my upper thighs and butt. will this help me slim down? how long until i start seeing results? thanksbtw i'm 20, 5'8 and 155ish if that matters

Abdominal fat loss help?
Im 18 years of age. I workout almost everyday with sometimes a day of rest or a couple. I run all the time and im on a diet. Im on a plateu right now so i havent been losing weight for about 2 months. Im not concerned about that right now though. Whenever I lose weight, it comes off of my legs and arm, but the fat continues to stay on my stomach, and its thick. It looks like I weigh 180, when I weigh 140 pounds. I did running because sites say doing work on abs will make me look fatter, so i did tht and my legs just got thinner. After that I tried working on my abs, planks, situps, leg pullups to chest, sideplanks, dead bugs, air bicycling. And that didnt work either...it actually made my stomach pop out more even though there was a bit more muscle added. Ok lemme get to the point...wut the hell do i have to do..........

im trying to loose weight and ive noticed i lost 4 lbs so far yay but i inspected my body and im not loosing fat from my stomach im loosing it from my boobs i don't want to lose from my boobs how do I prevent this?
